This buddy of mine just got put on a diet to help fight off other toxins and the Candida Albicans. It"s a really strict one; no sugar, fruit, starch, etc. His question is he lifts weights. He is used. What he is wondering is if protein can impact Candida development. He consistently believed protein was not bad for the immune system. He needs to know what I think.
