This article dedicated and is supported by a couple of my concussed patients. I am assuming that you"ve endured a concussion from a head injury. You diagnosed with concussion were evaluated and treated with prescription drugs and a lot of rest. So, I"m not going to concentrate on the evaluation, grading and symptoms of concussions and head injuries. Yet, I am going to discuss the mechanism of concussions and head injuries and treatment options that are rarely brought to your attention.
As you produce a service or an item, consider what other products or services might be offered to complement and augment it. What else do customers or your clients want? What other services can you give your clients to create additional streams of income for your company? For instance, a chiropractic office may offer therapeutic massages, yoga classes or nutritional supplements. Merchandises and these services aren"t Chiropractic services but customers are something and related to health that chiropractic patients might be interested in.
Abbreviations - If you are audited, don"t count on a chiropractor reviewing your records who"ll know what "PR L" or "ASRA" or even "Sublux" means. For that matter, even a non-chiropractor may have problem with non-specific abbreviations like "PT." Did you send the individual for part time or Physical Therapy work? The auditor isn"t going to try to interpret your abbreviations, especially if there isn"t a key present that clarifies their patient. A wonderful SOAP note with one abbreviation that is unidentifiable can make you fail your audit. So, make sure that you are spelling it out clearly (another edge to EMR, push the button and the word comes out!) or that you provide a key that certainly interprets all your abbreviations.
Then your current and past Patients know, like and trust you, in case you"ve served It well. At this point they are much easier to sell as against an entire stranger who understands nothing about you or your brand of chiropractic. It"s been said that it takes 10-12 times as much money to attract a new patient to your office than it does to sell to your present and past Patients. I think that"s true.
Whatever the main reason may be why you did get sick, this window of time could be used therapeutically and let you shortly perform at Uber Self Level.
One of the biggest challenges for small company is figuring out the way to grow your company, especially in the beginning. The issue is that the desire to grow your business can turn into "grow at any cost" and that is a dangerous place. Growth could be fatal to your business in case you don"t first consider the price of that growth.
Drew Stevens, Ph.D., a practice management consultant in St. Louis, stated that chiropractors have to look at customer service as one of the reasons for deficiency of patients. Patient interaction is among the criteria for patients and for referring new patients to the practice. Try practicing excellent client service if you want to learn the way to get more patients. This way, when you do perform advertising for chiropractors, at least you will be able to tell future patients when they see with you, that they"ll get a great experience.
It is better to do research than after you have begun, before you start something new. It can help save you pressure and lots of turmoil - not to mention cash.
